I was Head Chef at Jacobs on the Mall in Cork city at the time and helped out getting the unit started, desserts were produced in house and it was hugely successful.
In early 2010 when I was on maternity leave , I was frustrated by not being able to buy the quality of dessert product I was accustomed to without going into the restaurant! And I didn’t have the time to make them.
It is now very exciting that we have set up wicked desserts to sell these fabulous desserts to trade and the general public. I am still time short and can now enjoy these desserts again as an occasional treat and share at family occasions.
